Articulation/Phonological Disorders
Whether your child is having difficulty with an individual sound or with a large variety of sounds; we provided evidence-based motor based articulation and phonological therapy to remediate speech sound errors.

AAC Therapy
AAC devices are typically used when standard speech therapy techniques are not beneficial and the child needs a more functional method to communicate. Our experience evaluating and treating children with complex communication needs allows us to offer high-tech and low-tech AAC language systems. We provided parent education and training to educate using AAC devices.
Fluency
Stuttering therapy is individualized and highly personalized. It is highly dependent upon the nature of your child`s speech disfluencies and the way it impacts your child`s day-to-day life. We will work together to provide compensatory strategies to improve your child`s fluency skills. Speech Therapy can help your child feel confident and more in control when communicating.

- Acquire a prescription or order of referral from your child’s primary physician. You may obtain this yourself, or we can request it from your physician for you.
- Obtain a copy of your primary insurance and/or your child’s Medicaid card. If your child is covered under your insurance first before they will pay for services.
3.
Receive Initial Evaluation
During your child’s initial session, we will complete an assessment to characterize your child’s present communication strengths and challenges.
4.
Discuss Treatment Plan
We will provide you with a comprehensive evaluation report of our findings and recommendations; we will discuss the treatment plant and therapy goals.

Meet Ms. Alicia
Alicia Davis has been a Licensed Speech Pathologist for over 7 years. During that time, her passion has been assessing and treating clients with communication disorders. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from SC State University and her Masters of Arts in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from SC State University. Alicia has extensive clinical experience working with clients ages 1-80 in the following settings: Private Practice, Schools, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Hospital and Skilled Nursing Facility. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and shopping.
